Goal One
of this site is to create a meaningful and supportive source of
information and enjoyment for all property owners and residents.
Our community is comprised of a diverse
population from very active, very busy
families with children of all ages,
professionals, business owners, all the way
through to those that have retired. We want
all to be informed of the community workings
and events realizing that not all who would
like to be involved can but would like to
stay informed.
Goal Two is to have this site
be an effective tool to assist in keeping Association Fees to
lowest possible annual cost. This site can
help that goal by reducing all the associated costs of communicating
information regarding Rustlewood. Some of our larger cost are
paper, envelopes, postage, and phone.
We encourage you to come
here for up-to-date neighborhood information rather that
depending on receiving posted mail. Our goal is to eventually
eliminate all mail costs except for the Annual Membership
Meeting. This notice will be mailed to you and will include the
Proxy Vote mail-in card.
